How do I book online?
Booking online is easy and straightforward.

- Click the ‘Sign Up’ button and enter code VIRTUAL
- Complete your details to register
- Click the ‘Book New Appointment’ button and ‘Search’ to see all available appointments
- Select your preferred date/time/consultant and complete the payment details

How much does it cost?
Online consultations with one of our specialists cost £250 for up to 20 mins.
What happens if I need an onward referral?
If one of our specialists recommend a referral for a scan or other treatment, we have a network of scanning centres, Radiologists and Allied Healthcare Professionals nationwide.
Our secretaries will arrange this with you, to best accommodate your needs.
Is this covered by insurance?
Some insurers cover the cost of online consultations, so we recommend you contact your provider before booking.
Once the cost is approved, please ring our team on 020 3051 1111 to book an appointment.
Please note that if you book online you will be charged £250.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no fee for appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. All cancellations must be sent to [email protected]. We must receive this notice in writing and we will reply to confirm receipt of the cancellation.
Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours notice will be charged half the consultation fee (£125). Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the original appointment date.
Please note that if you do not attend your appointment, and you do not notify us of your request to cancel in writing, you will be charged the full consultation fee of £250.

Yes, you can ring our team on 020 3051 1111 during the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday to book an online consultation.
Outside of these hours, you can book an online consultation through our patient portal here.
