Consultations

Each patient will have a different journey depending on their condition and treatment. Some patients may only need one consultation, however other patients may need to see our specialists more than once with treatment recommended.

Cancellation of an outpatient appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in a £100 charge.
Non-attendance and failure to notify our team will result in charging the full appointment fee.

Imaging

Total Orthopaedics works with several hospitals and imaging centres to give you a range of prices and locations to fit your needs. All imaging costs will be billed to you directly from the imaging centre or hospital.

Prime Health is located just off Harley Street at 45 Queen Anne Street. They provide many of the UK’s leading healthcare professionals with prompt access to high-quality radiology services and unparalleled customer service. Patients have access to ultrasound and 3T MRI scans onsite.

Imaging.London

Ultrasound scans at Medical Imaging Partnership at 45 Queen Anne Street are provided by Imaging.London, a Radiologist-led service onsite.

Treatments

Concentrated Plasma Therapy

Concentrated Plasma Therapy uses a mixture of platelets from your own blood to treat a number of orthopaedic conditions, including osteoarthritis, tendonitis and many soft tissue sports injuries.

n-STRIDE

nSTRIDE is an Autologous Protein Solution (APS) containing anti-inflammatory proteins (cytokines) and anabolic growth factors from your own blood. It is one of the latest biologic treatments used in treating knee osteoarthritis.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave Therapy, also referred to as Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT), is a non-surgical and non-invasive technology that delivers sound waves to aid recovery for a number of common musculoskeletal conditions.
