International Patients

Total Orthopaedics welcome all international patients that need orthopaedic or spinal treatment.

Language Requirements

Please let us know if there are any language requirements and we will liaise with your hospital of choice where you will be treated, for translation services.

Billing and Payments

All international patients will be required to pay their bill after appointment or prior to surgery. We accept cash in British Pounds and all major credit cards.

Embassy or Sponsored Patients

Embassy or sponsored patients are required to bring a letter of guarantee provided by their embassy stating the patient name and consultant responsible for care.

Letter of guarantee should state- Consultant name, Total Orthopaedics.

The hospital may need additional letters of guarantee for procedures and imaging. Our administration team will assist you in organising these.
