Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, our team have continued to provide phone and video consultations to patients in need during this time. As part of our ongoing service to patients, we now have online booking available for all Virtual Consultations. Following research undertaken by Mr Dimitrios Tsekes, Shoulder & Elbow Surgeon at Total Orthopaedics, his recently published paper finds that both patients and clinicians have found positive results from this new way of consulting.

Even as the country begins to open up and lockdown eases, we understand that patients may not be ready to return to hospital or want to be cautious and minimise additional trips wherever possible. Telephone and video consultations are also covered by most UK insurers.
