At Total Orthopaedics, we want to help our patients who are living with joint pain or orthopaedic injuries – and that’s exactly what we’ve done every day since we opened our doors in 2016.
From day one we’ve centered our practice around our patients, and it’s this holistic approach that has empowered us to create the relaxing and dependable multispecialty orthopaedic service our patients have come to rely on.
Total Orthopaedics was founded by 7 specialists who came together to put patient care first. They are Mr Joyti Saksena, Mr Rajiv Bajekal, Mr Bob Chatterjee, Mr Simon Mellor, Mr Harold Nwaboku, Mr Dan Rossouw, and Mr Pinak Ray.
Since the group was formed in 2016 they have expanded to add more orthopaedic experts, including: Mr Rupen Dattani, Mr Dimitris Tsekes, Dr Imran Anwar and Mr Peter Domos.

What we do
Our holistic approach to orthopaedic care means that we’ll always explore non-surgical routes to treatment first – and will only suggest surgery when it’s absolutely the best option for our patients. Our non-surgical treatment options include a number of the latest biological joint injections.
We understand that patient care doesn’t end when you leave our clinic, and that’s why we provide our patients with a comprehensive orthopaedic treatment plan. When required we utilise our extensive network of healthcare professionals and partners that provide additional aspects of orthopaedic care including: physiotherapy, osteopathy, podiatry, lifestyle medicine, nutrition advice, acupuncture and more.
